Production Team Leaders are the only leaders constantly present on production line and have ability to respond to situations and problems immediately... But only in case they understand their role and are present as leaders.

Sessions introduce participants to Ford and Toyota different situations, needs and ways of organisation of production process to explain principles of just in time production, automation with a human wisdom and TPS most known and used tools in People Empowerment, Quality and Standardised Work.

“Defect is not a failure of operator but failure of the process” and “Data collection and analysis” are the main themes of our Problem Solving Academy modules, which aim to guide participants through the correct meaning and implementation of quality basics in daily job and understanding responsibility through departments in customer quality achievement process. 

Why do the same problems repeat in production and why are we unable to prevent them? We have come to the following conclusion: Everyone knows WHAT to do. Some even understand HOW to do it right. But very few people understand WHY we should do it this way, why it is important. 

Our Lean modules, designed primarily for production trainers and functions responsible for production training, are focused on the effective organisation and management of training in production, focusing on individual progress and stability of operators. We share with participants our best practices from implementing training lines and training optimisations in serial production.
