The competencies required by the client are the basis for us when designing specific exercises, role plays and case studies. As an additional supporting assessment tool, we use Thomas International methodology (www.thomas.co) to provide constructive feedback to each participant and provide an objective summary to the client with a recommendations and proposals for further targeted development.
